The courier service used may vary, depending on strikes delays etc.
Please allow up to 7 working days to receive your order, we aim to post within two working days.
Please allow for extra time during busier periods: such as Christmas, Bank Holidays etc.
If your order includes a personalised item, please allow up to 3 working days for this to be made.
As everything is embroidered by me alone, sometimes this takes a little longer during busier periods.

Please Note: Due to Brexit we cannot guarantee if your order will include custom charges. These are your responsibly to pay. We would recommend researching into your countries specific custom charges, prior to purchase.

The Products you order will be sent to the address you give at time of placing the order.
If any of the details you have given in your delivery address are incorrect, I accept no liability for your goods if you do not receive them. If you require your order to be sent to a different address after it has been returned, then there may be a charge for posting it out again
Returns & Refunds
We hope that you are happy with your order, however in the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any full priced items which have not been discounted or sale items to us within 14 days of dispatch.
All items must be in their original packaging, saleable unworn/washed condition, with all tags and original packaging intact. Please include a little note stating your name & order number and the reason for return.
We do not offer exchanges, should you wish to change the size of your item simply place a new order for the required size and once your returned item has been received you will receive your refund for that item.

Unfortunately sale/discounted items cannot be returned

Returned items will be at the cost of the buyer
Please note that the buyer will be responsible for the costs of return postage, and we do recommend using a tracked service.

When trying on items, please ensure that they do not come into contact with anything that may mark, stain or add scent to them such as deodorant, perfume, cigarettes, food and drinks, clothing tags must remain in tact.
We will not be able to refund any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
